I am a property manager and I have been using Trusty Plumbing for several years and they have never let me down. Recently, a tenant called to let me know the pilot light on the hot water heater kept going out. I knew this problem would require some troubleshooting and I was confident that Dominic would find a solution. Fortunately, the tank was still under warranty so Dominic picked up the parts at no cost to me and did the repair the same day! A little disappointed in the plumber. After he installed a faucet I told him there was no hot water and he said he “installed it correctly” and said “I don’t know what to tell you ma’am” I insisted I had hot water before. It wasn’t until I kept pushing that he looked further and found the problem. And the sink seal installation was poor workmanship. Never had this sort of problem with trusty plumbing before.
Follow up : Dominic called me immediately after my 1st review and apologized. He sent a different plumber for a second faucet installation who was polite and respectful and he did a great job. It was obvious to me that they really want happy customers which I appreciate. I was very pleased with everything.
Trusty to the rescue. The worst thing to happen to a home owner is a broken water main. If in the house, most homeowner insurance will help, but if in the yard, forget insurance, all they will do is say "sorry". Trusty came to my rescue, found the location of the leak, dug down to the pipe and repaired the leak. I was back in business, and all with a very reasonable price and in the same day. As a former Marine, we would say Bravo-Zulu, a job well done!
